Shipping costs :
Fixed shipping costs are charged for each delivery, as follows :

- €8.50 for Europe
- €12.50 for DOM-TOM
- €16.00 outside Europe
All orders using secure payment by bank card are binding on
the customer upon validation.
All orders imply acceptance of these sales conditions.
We can only take back or exchange items which do not correspond to your order.
Aeronautical conditions can lead to immediate modification to some of the publications we offer. We may
therefore suspend their sale; we will supply you with the valid documents
as soon as they are published.
The customer can pay his order either by bank card
Payment by bank card:
The payment is to be made in compliance with the general conditions
of the Secure Payment System PAYBOX®. The banking transaction
is protected with SSL(Secure Socket Layer) ciphering. You can
safely enter your bank card number and the expiry date. These data
are ciphered before being sent on the Web
MasterCard, Visa and CB cards are the only cards accepted by the
The customer account is charged as soon as the on-line validation
of the order is completed.
The maximum amount of payment authorized with a bank card is
750 Euros; the minimum amount is 6 Euros.
Payment by cheque:
The cheque for payment must be attached to the purchase order
and sent to the Aeronautical Information Service.
Payment by cheque can only be made with cheques in Euros drawn
either on a bank domiciled in France or on a foreign bank clearable
by a French bank.
4: DELIVERY PROCEDURES
The products purchased on our site can be delivered all over the world.
Deliveries are generally carried out by mail in metropolitan France
and French Overseas Departments and Territories.
The delivery of products is made to the address that the customer
has notified in his purchase order
The updating bulletins (BMJ) are sent by first class mail.
Delivery times in metropolitan France, French Overseas Departments
and Territories vary between 7 and 14 days from on-line payment validation or from the payment reception for payments
by cheque; they can take up to 21 days for deliveries to countries outside the European Union.
These delivery times are average times depending on destination,
delivery method and availability of products.
Products are carried out at customer risk. The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery and must notify the carrier of any damage by registered mail within three days after receiving the package.
Only the SIA can process claims related to the products
sold, upon delivery and payment. If the dispute concern the operations
of payment, the Public Revenue Department or the PAYBOX Company responsible
for the payment system, may be consulted.
PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
According to the CNIL regulation on data protection, the customer has
a right of access to and rectification of data concerning him.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact the SIA.

These sales conditions are subject to French Law. Competence jurisdiction,
in case of dispute, is the administrative tribunal in Bordeaux.
